AGHA Gift Fair follow up
This year's AGHA Gift fair at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre was a very successful one with other stall holders reporting improved sales and confidence compared to this time last year.
Orders for The Book Seat from retailers was up, which would seem to indicate people feel the economy is improving.
We've been flat out getting orders out to retailers from the fair, and the backlog is getting under control.
With father's day approaching, retailers are also getting orders in, as The Book Seat makes a perfect gift for Dad!
Here at The Book Seat, we're also preparing for the Autumn Fair in Birmingham and the Maison & Objet fair in Paris.
Both these fairs take place in the first two weeks of September, so it's a busy time for us.
As Cindy mentioned in the previous video, the response to her two new patterned designs has been very encouraging, and Cindy is working on a third design now as well.
When we've got stock in of the new colours, we'll be letting everyone know !

First day of the AGHA Trade Fair in Melbourne and The Book Seat team is in attendance.

We've had a great day catching up with customers, taking new orders and our two exclusive fabric pattern prototypes have been a great hit and generated a lot of interest.
